Verified on Allwood's own store in July 2026: office-sized solid wood kits run 4,995 for the 73 sqft Annika up to 13,785 for the 225 sqft Bonaire, with the popular Solvalla 172 sqft studio at 8,450 and the 230 sqft Arlanda XL2 at 10,990; large cabin kits are a separate category and climb far higher. Every kit excludes roof shingles, tar paper and foundation materials, and walls are a single layer of wood with no insulation. Shipping is billed separately, quoted by zip code and paid by phone, it cannot even be added in the cart, and only the contiguous 48 states are served. Credit card payments carry a 3.5 percent surcharge. In-stock kits typically ship within 21 days while West Coast orders wait for a full truckload, and made-to-order mid to large cabins run 4 to 6 months.
