Backyard Office Guide is operated by AC0 AI S.L.U. (NIF B26808741), the data controller for anything described here. Full registered details are on the Aviso Legal page. Questions, corrections, or privacy requests can be sent to hello@backyardoffice.guide.

What we measure

We use first-party analytics to understand which guides, tools, and brand pages help buyers. That includes page views, guide clicks, calculator use, brand outbound clicks, and newsletter signup events. We do not use ad-network tracking and we do not track you across other sites.

Cookies we use

PostHog may set a first-party analytics cookie through our own domain. You can block or delete it in your browser settings. The site remains usable without it. We may also use strictly necessary browser storage for basic platform behavior.

Tools we use

• PostHog for product analytics and masked session replay. Traffic is routed through our own domain at /ingest. Text inputs are masked before replay data leaves the browser.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate page metrics and performance. These are cookieless.
• Google Search Console for search performance reporting on Google's side.
• Resend for transactional email, including welcome emails and internal signup notifications.

Newsletter data

If you join the newsletter, we store the email address you submit and basic signup context such as page source and timestamp. You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, or object to its processing. Email hello@backyardoffice.guide. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
